Noble 33 is a global hospitality group behind some of the world's most ambitious dining concepts. We built their global member mobile app and designed and developed all their restaurants’ websites.

Noble 33 doesn't run one restaurant. They run an expanding portfolio of destinations, each with its own architecture, menu, music, and mood. The brief from the start was to make the digital experience match the room — not flatten every property into a template, but give each one a site that feels as considered as the space itself.
The organizing idea sits in Noble 33's own ethos: dining together. Their restaurants are built around the table as a gathering place, the meal as something shared. We carried that into the work by treating every site as a tease of the experience waiting on the other side of the reservation — interiors first, story second, menu in context. The technical foundation makes the ecosystem run; the design makes the rooms feel real.

Each site is built on a shared Sanity-powered foundation that gives the Noble 33 team total control over content, scheduling, and integrations across the portfolio. The technical architecture is consistent. The design language for each property is not.

1587 Prime
The Kansas City steakhouse arrived with a story most restaurants would dream of: two of the most recognizable athletes in American sports, a Noble 33 partnership, and a downtown location built on the city's own pride. Our job was to give the digital experience the same gravity as the room.
The interior is the headline — a grand entrance modeled on the walk-out tunnel of a world-class stadium, dramatic dry-aged meat cases on display, a soundscape designed alongside the menu. We brought those signature details forward on the site, letting the architecture and material direction set the tone before a single word about the menu. To match the restaurant's commitment to the cut, we made STEAK the first item in the navigation — not the menu, not the reservation — and built an interactive gallery that lets visitors browse cuts the way the restaurant displays them in the room.

The site launched September 17, 2025, the same day the restaurant opened. It received over 10,000 reservations in its first week.

The Noble 33 app
The members-only Noble 33 app, launched in 2023, brings the entire portfolio into a single surface for the people Noble 33 most wants to take care of. Members get access to private events, a personal concierge, and unique perks across every property — alongside menus, location detail, and the kind of seamless recognition that turns a guest into a regular at five restaurants instead of one.
