As Managing Director, Marc leads Almost Always' business strategy, client partnerships, and marketing, the connective tissue between the work and the world. His north star has always been to lead with curiosity and ask the same question: why? That obsession with motivation and the mechanics of decision-making shapes how Almost Always' clients position themselves in the market.
Before joining Almost Always in 2021, Marc spent years bouncing between industries in ways that didn't make sense on paper but add up in practice. He started in advertising, writing award-winning campaigns for Dell, Subway, and the U.S. Army, which is where he developed a habit of making complex ideas land simply. From there he moved through sales, UX strategy, and business development. Before that, he studied Radio-Television-Film at UT Austin. Storytelling, it turns out, was always the thread.
On weekends, Marc can be found on the basketball court or wandering around Los Angeles with his wife and their dog. He is a lifelong Rockets fan and Texas Longhorn, which, between the two, has given him an unusually high tolerance for heartbreak.
